Noelle’s upcoming short film Live Long, starring Broadway’s Claire Karpen and Reed Birney (2016 Tony Award Winner) is a PANO micro grant post production semi-finalist!

Tillie, directed by Noelle and D. Andrew Hartfield, was awarded Best Family Friendly Short at the 16th Annual Lady Filmmakers Festival in Los Angeles.

Noelle recently was awarded Best Director of a Short at The New York Long Island Film Festival for The Hopeful Yard.

Noelle received a development grant from the PANO Network for her upcoming short film Live Long.
